39:4-137 Vehicle without driver; brakes set; motor stopped; wheels turned to curb No person having control or charge of a motor vehicle shall allow it to stand on a highway unattended without first effectively setting the brakes thereon and stopping the motor thereof, and, when standing on a grade, without turning the wheels thereof to the curb or side of the highway. Fine $50 plus court costs or imprisonment not to exceed 15 days, or both |
